Head of Qom Madar Hospital Announces the Start of Human Resources Recruitment and Outsourcing of Specialized Departments
Simultaneously with approaching the final stages of the hospital launch, the process of human resources recruitment and outsourcing of some specialized departments of this medical center is on the agenda.
According to the Public Relations Department of Madar Hospital, in order to complete the executive structure and ensure optimal operation of this medical center, the process of human resources recruitment as well as outsourcing of some specialized departments has started in a targeted and planned manner. These measures are being carried out alongside the final stages of hospital preparation, with the aim of improving the quality of medical services.
The head of Madar Hospital, Dr. Zakerian, in an interview with the Public Relations Department, referring to the management approach of this complex, stated: “During the hospital launch process, efforts have been made to provide a standard and safe environment for patients by recruiting specialized personnel as well as outsourcing departments that require independent specialized management.”
He added: “In this regard, the dentistry, laboratory, medical imaging, and pharmacy departments are among those whose outsourcing process is being pursued within the framework of relevant rules and regulations. This measure is taken with the aim of utilizing specialized capacities and improving the quality level of medical services.”
